Won $350, very fun and interactive, but not perfect.

I love this game, but I am supposed to have $45 in my account from winning games. I only have $20. I have emailed them for at least two weeks, and I have been told at least four times “we will get your money processed today” or “you will get your money on Friday.” Even going as far as asking for screenshots of my won games so they can process my money later and to this day (two weeks later) I still haven’t received the rest of my money. I have received $20 though, and I have to withdraw it to my PayPal account, and I am very pleased with that.
I also am unable to create more than 5 lineups and I am not able to delete any of them in order to make new ones.
Suggestion: if your able to, can you add more reward options. I saw you added a new pizza coupon today.
Other than all of that, this app is very fun and interactive, and your able to play your friends to see who is better at stock trading. I would absolutely recommend this app to someone else (and I have multiple times) and I want to wish the DayTrader Team good luck and keep up the great work!!!

I have been playing this game since November. I was introduced to it through my school. Just the other day I withdrew $350 into my PayPal account. It took me 2 months to finally get my money because there were some issues with the payment process. Dean is very nice and very helpful but I did feel ignored for a long time and it took many many emails and phone calls to finally get my money. I also kept getting promised “I will call you tomorrow” or “I will let you know later this week” only to never receive an update or phone call. I know he and his team are very busy but I was promised my money within the week I withdrew. I truly believe had I not been calling or emailing him, I more than likely would never have received my money on my own.
When I finally received my money, I was also charged a $10 transaction fee that I was never told about or knew about in advance. I should have received $360 but I ended up receiving $350.
I want to warn people downloading this app to be prepared to not have your promises met right away and for unknown transaction fees when receiving money.
On the bright side, I still did receive $350. Keep in mind I spent absolutely $0 to get this money. Everything I got was pure 100% winnings. I spent $0 and revived $350 which is absolutely insane.
I have to give credit where credit is due, I did receive my money.
If you managed to read all of this review, I would say download the app. It’s fun, especially if you like the stock exchange, and you might even make a couple franklins by playing.
