Providing information and training on Dayan Qigong and Gong-Fu. The Dayan “Wild Goose” Qigong System is a unique blend of both healing and martial techniques. Dayan in Chinese translates to “Big Wild Goose”, the animal that is the inspiration for the system. It originated in the Kunlun Mountains during the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Dao’an (312-385 ad) was a Buddhist monk, author, and bibliographer, during this time and is believed to be the founder and the person responsible for providing the philosophy for the training.
