Forced updates on a smart home app are not cool, ever, but this app in particular forces new system requirements. None of my other smart home services force updates on me. I won’t buy a new phone to keep using my lights. I’ll be switching to a different platform.

Pretty good overall
I got LED lights and they function perfectly, although limited music Reactive LED options!
Easy and simple
The app is easy and simple to use and if you have any issues they have a solution for it and not to mention the constant updates to make your time easier.
Disconnects very often
The remote does not always work and it is very annoying to have to unplug them everytime i wanted to turn them off sometimes im tired and dog wanna get up and it’s very irritating i would not recommend

UI got a lot better since when i downloaded the app. timer feature works a lot better now too. overall i think this app does its job perfectly

Work but will randomly refuse to connect to my led light but instead my neighbors? (This app actually sucks I hate so much)

All right so I mean the app works and everything it’s not very user-friendly compared to other apps that are out there. My biggest complaint about the app is every time I go to login and it’s at least once a day they log you out and you have to MFA with your email so getting your email confirmation code to login for your LED lights just gets a little annoying it sure my phone auto paste it and stuff, but I shouldn’t have to login every time I open the app. My bank doesn’t even do that

Not the best
The timer of the lights doesn’t work and I’ve tried many different ways to see how the sleep schedule can work but nothing. I think it’s a major flaw because I don’t need the lights on the whole night. Everything else is okay. I think I would want there to be darker color options though. I think these lights should be looked into more for bugs.

Won’t connect
My phone won’t connect even though I followed all the instructions and it still didn’t work. App sucks.
Missing key quality of life features
App functions meet the minimum I’d expect, but color adjustment can be difficult. When sliding across colors then lights only update when you take off your finger, so it’s much harder to find a specific color. This combined with the lack of being able to adjust the individual RGB values makes getting the color I want difficult at times.

Use Smart Life App!
This app doesn’t work for the lightbulbs, go to “SmartLife” app with 250k+ ratings and it works great
Scheduling doesn’t work
Have a corner floor lamp, scheduled on/off worked when I first got it but after an app update it stopped working. There’s been many updates yet still doesn’t work.
I lost my remote.so I used this. And it worked.
