Daybook requires no account or login. All data is stored locally and syncs through the user's own private iCloud (CloudKit) — there is no developer backend. To observe iCloud sync, the test device must be signed into iCloud. Reminders (local notifications) and the optional Face ID lock are turned on by the user in Settings.
The app is free to use for up to 10 entries. A single non-consumable in-app purchase, "Daybook Unlimited," removes that limit. Add an 11th entry to reach the paywall. The app is fully functional offline.
