Misleading
A situation came up where I needed to reserve a room for a Zoom meeting. I made a reservation with a hotel I’m familiar with and I thought it was perfect because they offered the hours I needed. It was only supposed to cost me $129 (not including the hotel’s fees). By the time it was all said and done, it cost me the SAME amount of money as it would have if I just booked a room overnight! You think you’re booking for a few hours at a lower price but that will not be the case. Total scam in my eyes.

Dear Customer, Day-use rates do not match the cost of an overnight stay, if they did, there would be no reason to offer this option. The prices displayed on our platform are provided directly by our partner hotels under pre-agreed contracts and are always shown transparently before booking, allowing every guest to decide whether or not to proceed.
