Daycare AI

Daycare AI is the all-in-one platform built for licensed Family Child Care providers — the small, home-based daycares that generic childcare software has always overlooked. Stop juggling notebooks, spreadsheets, and text messages. Daycare AI centralizes everything your daycare needs in one simple, mobile-first app: DAILY OBSERVATIONS, MADE EFFORTLESS Capture a child's day in seconds — text, voice, or photo. AI organizes every observation and suggests which developmental milestones it supports, so nothing gets lost and nothing has to be typed twice. DRDP PORTFOLIOS IN MINUTES, NOT HOURS California's Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) becomes mandatory for licensed Family Child Care Homes starting July 1, 2026. Daycare AI turns the observations you're already logging into organized, ready-to-review DRDP portfolios — with AI assisting, never deciding. You always have the final say. PARENT COMMUNICATION, BUILT IN Share daily updates, photos, and milestones directly with families. Parents get their own private view of their child's day — no more relying on scattered photos or one-off texts. TEAM MANAGEMENT Invite staff with role-based access (owner, admin, staff, parent), assign responsibilities, and keep your whole team on the same page. EVERYTHING RECORDED ONCE, USED EVERYWHERE Log an observation once — it feeds the child's profile, the parent update, and the DRDP portfolio automatically. No duplicate data entry, ever. Built specifically for family daycares — not adapted from a generic childcare platform. AI is always your assistant, never your replacement: every suggestion, every generated document, is reviewed and approved by you before it counts. Daycare AI — Intelligence for every daycare.
