Deleted weeks of info!
I absolutely loved this app and used it for my at home daycare! However - one day it wouldn’t print a letter for a parent. After restarting my phone it wouldn’t print still. I went to reload the app- and it deleted all of the letters!! This was weeks worth of data on kids! I’m so upset and mad!

I really enjoy this app! It is really easy to use. I absolutely love that I can quickly and easily email parents their reports at the end of the day. It’s very convenient for myself, my staff and the parents. It’s nice to have all children’s information in one place. The absolute one and only thing that I would recommend and wish I could be changed, is that the food items in each category could be alphabetized. Sometimes it’s difficult to have to scroll down my long list of food items to find what I need. Otherwise, this is a wonderful app! I highly recommend it. It is definitely worth the five dollars to unlock all of the features.

I have loaded this app but can not see the details I logged yesterday put I can not email to parent. Can someone help me please. I love this app, it's exactly what I need and want to continue using it. Tried sending an email, but it came back as wrong email.

Best daycare app
I love this app and I've been using for over a year. Had a little bit of trouble figuring out had to add and change things and the developer got back with me immediately. I just absolutely love this app for sending out daily activities and pictures.
Would love report sent via SMS
The people I babysit for a keep in touch with by texting. It would be awesome if an upgrade would allow me to send a report via Text message!

Made my life easy!
I have tried many daily report apps and web programs. Many are time intensive or have an annoying format. This app is bare-bones, but extremely user friendly and easy. Everything is customizable, which is one of my favorite aspects. I can enter in exactly what I want and then reuse that same item over and over, with a simple touch. It makes the reports seem very personal, yet they are easy to complete. The only downfall is that the reports are merely typed emails, nothing decorative or cute. On the upside, I asked parents if they preferred the cutesy report I was previously using or this one. They all prefer this one because it is so fast and easy. They aren't taken to an external link and all the information is quick and easy to understand.

Great app. Is there a way to sync between devices? Using iPad and iPhone and would love to be able to sync information between the two.

This app is not only awesome for caregivers but parents love the report!
I feel they are able to see what I do with their kiddos everyday and I am keeping my promise to them.
It's especially nice to track things you need or to note something down about the child for the parent.

Perfect for Daycare/Preschools
This is the first time I've given a review on any app.. But this one here is well worth the time! This app has all the info that daycares/preschools need to keep track of progress and report to parents! I couldn't get it to work right away like the video shows.. So I emailed to ask a variety of questions.. I got immediate responses for each question and that fixed everything that I couldn't figure out on my own! There is nothing on this app that I can complain about.. Well worth the upgrade!

Great app!!
As a daycare provider I was using a paper version of take home sheets, which the parents appreciate, but it's very time consuming. This app is so much quicker and streamlines everything! I us my microphone for the notes, which I love too. Thanks for this app!!
Great Childcare App
I was originally using the DayCare Tracker. But this new version really had the Childcare Provider in mind. The upgrades are worth purchasing. What I really like about this app is the ability to copy reports to each child, for example the daily meals. Previously I had to manually go to each child to complete the menu. This way it's one shot for everyone. It took away the chore in creating daily reports. I will be spreading the word "again" to my cohort group that the upgrade from DayCare Tracker to DayCare Assistant is a MUST!! Thank you. Keep up the good work!

A great daycare app!
This app does much of what some of the other daycare apps do but without the monthly subscription costs that they require! I use it every day to track my daycare kids activity, food, naps, etc. and to report that info to parents via email. It's a great alternative to hand written paper reports and you can even attach pictures! Seems to be very customizable as well although I haven't started changing mine yet. I look forward to using this app even more!
