Damn complicated
Never before experienced such a weird menu. Wanting to set the time feels like having to hack into the Fort Knox. And that is a device a caretaker is using for helping elderly and demented people! Already to open the menu is ridiculous – swiping with your finger over the screen like a madman only to access the password protected menu! As i said – Fort Knox!

Great idea - very unreliable
Like most other purchasers, I bought this for my elderly father who lives alone and is not in good health.
His house has excellent broadband and Wi-fi. My house has excellent broadband and Wi-fi . I can set “activities” on the App, but they don’t appear on his screen. Ringing him up to ask him whether anything has shown up on his screen rather defeats the object of this device.
If the sending of photos and messages doesn’t work , then as another reviewer has said , all I have done is buy a very very expensive clock.
Please sort out the app and it’s reliability issues !!

Not stable
I agree with the other reviews on here - the connection to the device is patchy at best (even when both phone and clock have great network connection). Please sort this out - it’s a great idea, but when it doesn’t work, what you have is just an expensive clock
When on 4g
I don’t usually write reviews but could this app please be updated to work quicker and actually connect properly ... just about works on WiFi but on 4g ... as in travelling around and wanting to send a photo etc... which after all is the whole point... it just cannot add the photo ... I’m a techy person and find it very frustrating ... please sort
