You can create activities for the same day or immediately plan your entire week by repeating the activity on any day of the week. QUICK AND EASY Daymate is clear, simple and low-stimulus. See immediately what your current activity is with a clear icon and receive a notification as soon as an activity starts. Thanks to the handy timer, you always know immediately what to do - accurate to the minute. You can also plan your rest times. ADD SUPPORT IF YOU WANT Could you use a helping hand? Then set up your own supervisor or coach, who can call you immediately if necessary. With daymate premium you can send the supervisor a weekly email update or let you know how you are doing immediately after an activity. Prefer no supervisor? No problem. All good.
