DRAFT, ISSUE, DONE Build a draft from a client's unbilled days: pick the range, keep or drop individual days, preview the document. Issue it when it is right: the invoice gets its permanent number (INV-2026-007 style, per-year sequence, numbers are never reused) and every printable fact is frozen forever. Later edits to your profile or client can never change an issued document. Made a mistake? Void it: the record and its number stay on file, watermarked, and the days become billable again. You can duplicate any invoice into a new draft. YOUR CURRENCY, LOCKED IN Choose your ledger currency once and every invoice is stamped with it at issue time. Travel, change regions, restore to a new device: your books always mean exactly what they meant the day you issued them. Each client can also get documents in English or French. CHASE WHAT IS UNPAID The unpaid tracker ages every open balance: current, 1-30, 31-60, 61+ days overdue, with totals per bucket and a chase list sorted by most overdue. Record partial payments with dates and references (Pro) and watch the outstanding balance fall. Overdue reminders (Pro) nudge you the morning after an invoice goes past due; by default the notification shows no invoice number and no amount on your Lock Screen. The client statement PDF (Pro) puts every invoice, its payments, and the outstanding balance on one page. AT A GLANCE A Home Screen widget shows how many invoices are overdue and due soon, with quick actions to log a day or start an invoice. It shows no names, numbers, or amounts unless you explicitly opt in, and totals hide while the device is locked. READY FOR TAX SEASON Complete year totals by quarter and by client, taxes collected on billings, and a one-tap accountant CSV with every invoice's dates, currency, tax lines, totals, payments, and balance (Pro). The tax set-aside card (Pro) turns your collected total into a rule-of-thumb buffer at the percent you choose; it is an organizational aid, not tax advice.
