Amazing app for an important purpose

I think it is amazing, how this app provides an opportunity for people who need help to stay sober. It is well designed for this purpose and is undoubtably useful. I just want to say, it is amazing that apps like these are available to help those who need it. Great app!

Effective but Barebones

This app has very good features for trying to stay on track with curbing addiction. Cravings checker, Daily Check In, a real time progress screen, and logs to get into the numbers. It is very effective at what it does and has potential to be even greater. I will note the the UI is currently very barebones, there aren’t a lot of bells and whistles cluttering the screen which is good to keep you focused but it also feels a bit empty. Overall I would recommend if you are fighting addictions and need some digital assistance.

After downloading this App I discovered, I have downloaded the best app to help me journey through my fight against addictions and I will recommend this App for everyone willing to fight. The user interphase is friendly and easy to use, motivating and easy to watch your progress daily.
