Alarm doesn’t work!

Installed the app, paid for all features and set an alarm for sunset. Doesn’t work. Either fix it or refund me!

Location?

I enabled use my location and the location chosen is about 10 miles from me. I am wondering if the reason is as another reviewer stated? I appreciate the inclusion of Islamic and Jewish time markers, important for the prayer obligations of both groups.
