Great app except…

This app is perfect—except that, as of January 2026 (at least), its dates (such as due to holiday disruption) conflict with what’s on the city’s official website, and recent experience indicates to me that the website is correct and the app data is incorrect. If this issue gets fixed, it’s a 5-star app. Until then, its value is severely limited to me because one of the main reasons I use it is to check my current pickup date.

Forced to call

I tried to report that they missed my trash pickup. The app won’t allow me to submit a request. It’s forcing me to call in. This is right on brand.

New to the Dayton area it’s nice to have the app. Knowing which cans to set out and when is awesome.

Scheduling

This app helps me know when recycle day comes.
Also the info is useful for Bulk pickup and what and how to dispose of different items.
I’m glad to have it!

Great app

Does what it says. I use it to stay on top of trash and recycle pickup in my area. Also when they come to collect leaves. So it does what it’s suppose to 👌

Very helpful

This app is very helpful when it comes to date of pick up, showing waste and or recycling pick up dates. Also it’s really helpful as to what items can go in the recycling bin or if it should go into the waste bin. It even shows a picture of the item. Thanks

Okay but not that helpful

Does a fine job tracking which weeks have recycling or bulk pick up, but it doesn’t bother to update for holidays which was the main reason I got the app.
