Review of News Journal E edition
I reluctantly tried the E-Edition, because I have had difficulty with most I have checked out. But, the News Journal presentation of the daily news is by far the best. It is simple, flows easy, and the pages are perfectly in sync . You can breeze through the news without all of the normal and expected frustration. Give it a try - I know you’ll like it!

Great local news and information
I read the DBNJ absolutely every morning to stay ahead of local events. The national section is a good bonus too!

Great app. Much better than reading the “paper” in print on paper. I like the fact that it’s presented in the same format as the paper.
East to read and share
I enjoy options of reading the digital paper in the print layout but if I want to read a multi page article without having to find it on another page I can just tap it and I have the column consolidated. It is also east to share articles this way.
Skip the fish
I think the app is great. It offers several different ways to view the material. Read it like a regular paper skipping to the next part of the article somewhere on page#_ . OR highlight an article and read it in it’s entirety,with no skipping. Both methods offer Zooming so ,if your eyes are not what they used to be, the print can be more visible. For the game and puzzles, there is a Mark Up feature so you can save paper by completing it on the computer and deleting when finished. If you want to save and article, or send to a friend it all can be done on the app. But if you use the paper to wrap your fish, sorry you can’t do that. So, skip the fish and try the App.

Reading the News Journal online
I didn’t think that I would like it but I do! The constant recycling of the daily newspaper was bothersome to my “protect the environment instincts”. When a “special” price was offered for e-delivery, I took it but didn’t think I would prefer it. But I do! I can read the paper wherever I am, do not have to stop/ restart the paper for out of town trips, do not worry that newspapers are uncollected at my door and the reduced cost is a factor too! Try, it! You just may like!

News Journal E-Edition is an excellent additional resource to use to stay abreast of information about local news and world and national news highlights. Easy to navigate and very timely.
So much better than a physical newspaper!

Don’t like the new format changes
I have had a digital subscription for the past five years. I look forward to it each morning. However, I do not like the changes that have recently been made to the format from the Index.

I enjoy reading the paper each morning. I guess it’s inevitable that down loading and navigating will have issues. It seems recently that the issues are more frequent. I would have given you 5 stars if it were not for the technology.
