Order was placed in September and still has not shipped. Customer service is rude and garbage. They keep insisting it’ll ship “next week” and never does.

Customer service is EXTREMELY rude. All I asked was when my order expected to ship and they responded to me very rudely. Might want to treat your customers better especially when they’re spending a good amount on your products.
