Miami International Boat Show App
The idea of the Miami International Boat Show App is great, but unfortunately the official app seriously hurts the experience. I already registered and purchased tickets, yet when I open the app it asks me to register again. Once inside, my tickets don’t appear, don’t match my email, and there is no clear way to add, import, or access them. This is incredibly frustrating for an event of this size and cost. On top of that, the schedule information is incorrect. Several trainings and sessions are shown at 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM, when they are clearly supposed to be PM events. Even worse, when you save or transfer these events to your calendar, the wrong times carry over, making planning almost impossible. For an “international” event that depends on logistics, timing, and planning, the app should be a helpful tool not an obstacle. Right now, it’s confusing, unreliable, and poorly executed.

Simple to Use and Underatand
I just downloaded this app for the 2024 Miami International Boat show and it works great! Super simple and straight forward. There’s a feature where it gives directions from where you are it to the next bender or booth you want to end up at. It came in handy a couple times trying to navigate the show!

It does not even work. A few weeks back they finally added this years Miami boat show and now the screen just goes into wait mode.
Worst. Boat. Show. Ever.
Logistics are a nightmare. The bright spot is the ladies running the buses, they have all been very efficient and nice. If I could give negative stars I would for the logistics. Most of our day was spent in traffic on buses and/or standing in line waiting for buses. Very bad.
