Unstable, need a complete reshape.
Complain about the DBPR Mobile App
I have been using this App for some time. Whilst the App worked in the past, now it has a number of bugs!
- The log in sometimes works sometimes it does not.
- Display of my license does not work at all.
- When the connection works I get the notice license not found.
- If the license search function actually works, and I enter first name, last name, city, it does find the license. However, it just shows the license whilst in the past under my license, one could see the detailed information.
- Calling the help desk number provided was unsuccessful. They just told me that they do not have IT support to help!
Very frustrating, to say the least.

worst app ever wont even let me log in so what’s the point. website isn’t any better.
Finally working on iPhone.
Seems like this application is finally repaired after one year it works on my iPhone.
What about supermarkets ?
Perfect for restaurants - BUT - why can’t we see how Publix supermarkets rank ? Many news articles mention the food safety violations at Publix. The rats and vermin at Publix. The mishandling of food at Publix. And the dirty food prep areas at Publix. Please allow us to see these inspection reports. I want to buy my food from a clean store. This app should allow us to do that also.

App needs updated to work with IOS 11
Please fix this app so I can use it again. It’s been invaluable to me and I share it with people all the time. Now I can’t use it because it won’t work with updated IOS.

Needs Updates
I've tried searching my business six different ways including with our new business number and nothing is coming up. Is this app no longer being used? Please to an update with all the up-to-date licensing!

App doesn't work on my iPhone!
App barely functions
All I can say is, work on making this better. You can do better than a search that doesn't work, limited functionality, and search that does not even let you move from field to field. Don't make an app to say you have one, do it right or loose your audience!

We always check inspections when deciding where to eat. This app makes it so much easier! Search could be improved but thank you for offering this app!
Works for verifying..
Works like it should, but there should be a way to view inspection reports for hotels and restaurants via the mobile app. It'd be nice to have that on hand!
