Not bad
As I’m in my 40’s, I am definitely not the core audience for this app. However, I’ve found it incredibly helpful for getting ready to enter a DBT program. Only a couple of the questions asked daily do not apply to those of us who are older or no longer schooling, and getting in the habit of reflecting back on the day as well as knowing that you’re going to be answering specific questions later in the day can have a fairly profound effect on how one moves through their life.
Even if you are not thinking about therapy or DBT and would just like to be more mindful, present and in-the-moment throughout the day, this app is a great supplementary tool. Made even more so by being completely free (unless you view needing to register an account as payment - no judgement, I understand ; but there’s no monetary requirement or monthly subscription locking you out of features here).
So thank you to the developers and everyone who made this app a reality. I know there’s hardly any reviews here, but I for one, at very grateful. 🙃

App Review
This app is awesome. As a therapist who often uses DBT this is a great way to hold teens and adolescents accountable.
