I never except dc book will be a fraud. Ordered book, but not available in my library. Money deducted. I created ticket and they have closed it without any resolution. I will move legally now. This app should ban permanently

Worst app
I had purchased some books and after an update they never showed me the books. After another update I could see them but not read them. Now many of the books I had purchased are not even shown or there is no evidence that I had it. I still have this app in my phone hoping someday they would give me the books back! There is no way you could purchase new books also. The person at the store is not even aware that such an app exists. I mailed them and no response.

I used the website earlier and switched to App recently.
It doesn’t remember my account first of all.
I created an account and ordered 2 books. Payment is successful but no order history. No email confirmation, no trace of a successful or failed booking.

Very Bad App and Very Bad Service
I installed the app and tried purchasing a book twice. Both the time after I made the payment, the app got stuck for more than an hour. The only option was to close the app and reopen. The book was still in my cart after I reopened and the payment was gone from my credit card. I wrote to the support team through the link available in the app when it happened first and nobody responded, it’s more than 2 weeks now. Today I was trying to open another support ticket and when I click on send, it says “action is not allowed”!!!!

I Purchased around 39 books and they updated the app which does not work . When I login it just circle . The company who is developing the app has no clue in software development. DC book stop engaging with this company and sign a contract with some one like Magster which mathrubhimi use . Right now I cannot read the books I purchased . Shame on you

I am feeling shortchanged after buying a number of digital books from DC books! The app has been unusable ever since the last update. Is there a way I can refund my purchases?

This app is a joke .in my personal experience ,half the time the app hangs and the UI is utterly horrible. The latest , app simply doesnt work . After many years and numerous customer feedbacks later, if these guys are not willing to listen to the wake up call , it clearly shows the utter arrogance of the company. I will take the money and run to any app that can give me 10% better experience. Unfortunately these guys have the monopoly on malaylam book rights . I wish writers unite not to sell the online rights of their books to the company that kills the whole online reading experience. Let them continue selling printed copies, that they are good at.
