I can’t log in it kept freezing up but I was able to make account
Always a glitch
There is always a glitch with the system and the solution provided it to uninstall and reinstall app, plus reboot phone. Guess what, glitch is still there after you do that.
Terrible App
Face ID no longer works, purchasing a ticket fails more often than not, balance too low errors even though there is money in the wallet. This app should be put down and the devs should be embarrassed.

And there was maintenance update done today on the app and now I can’t even get app to load

Useless, no way yo play

They ask for a 15 dollar deposit but when you get to ten dollars spent the keep your five and tells you to deposit more . No class
Ticket scanner
This app can’t scan ticket fast enough. Had to be struggling to move my iPhone around the ticket barcode for several seconds until finally it captured and scanned barcode. Ridiculous. It needs to be able to capture and read barcode almost instantly after I set phone over the barcode.
Latest update = no deposits
Ever since the latest app update, I have been unable to deposit money either by credit card or from my bank account, which makes the app useless. Please fix this asap!
