Bring back the upcoming trains
I’ve been using this app daily for years to quickly see when all trains were coming at any given station. This feature seems to have been eliminated in the update.
Was good, now bad
All I want is to see the stations and the train arrival times. I don’t want trip planners or other complicated stuff that takes a long time to navigate. please update to show just the basic information.
Update the DC metro app
Update the DC metro app and the metro map showing all the lines active. Silver line has not been updated on the map.
Useful
This has always been a reliable and great app. I have used it for years. I too hope it gets updated to include the new Silver line extensions.
Silver Line Extension
What a great app, I love seeing the arrivals and departures of each train for the stations I use frequently. I do recommend updating the app as the silver line extension is now open which makes the map inaccurate as travelers can’t view the new 6 stations on the map. Please update the app and map as soon as possible to get top performance for the app. Overall, great job. Love the app a lot.

A simple, easy way to find when your train will arrive.
Does not work at all - DO NOT download!
Metro must have changed its train arrivals interface or something because the app no longer gives ANY data about train arrivals. The app also didn't include an update a newer version from an older version--it charged me again to download the current version, but the current version still isn't working. Terrible product, don't get it!

Outdated, sadly
Nice simple app, but apparently not maintained since 2014. Old station names make the app useless for anyone who isn't a historian.

Fantastic app
This app integrates 2 vital functions for navigating Washington DC's Metro system: 1) a zoom-able system map to help one navigate, and 2) live-updated system info on when the next train arrives at each station. Use the Favorites function to save the stations you use frequently, and you can time your departures from home, work, the bar, etc. so you never have to wait for a train again! Nice.

My iPhone is brand new, and freshly updated, and it still says I can't install it because it requires a "newer version of iPhone software".
iPad needs improving
No ipad landscape support! It should also be able to email or mms station/route info. Otherwise it's a good app. I've used it for years on my iPhone with no problems.

I've had no issues in the 3 years I've used it.
App doesn't work!!!
I can use the map but when I pick an origin the drop down on the next screen doesn't pull up any destinations. I try with the "Favorites" and it let's me pick favorites but not map out any trips. This app is useless and a waste of my 99 cents. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Forces firmware update!
For various reasons, I do not wish to update my firmware from 4.2.1 to 4.3. This app won't sync to my phone because it says that a newer version of firmware is REQUIRED for the app to be installed. I own hundreds of apps, and none of them have ever released an update without backward compatibility, let alone compatibility with firmware that is one generation back. PLEASE FIX; Apple doesn't require firmware updates for the phone to function, so why does the developer of this app?

New Carrollton stop does not work. I don't know if this is a glitch, but IT'S THE REASON I BOUGHT THIS APP.
Needs to be updated
Don't get me wrong, I love this app and have used it for more than a year now. It does what it says it does.
Only reason that I am giving it 1 star is it's the only way to get the developers attention. This app needs multitask support on iOs4
