What a fun and informative way to see Washington DC

This was a great deal! We purchased the 48 hour pass with the twilight tour as a bonus. We rode the whole tour and kerned so many interesting facts. The twilight tour was awesome due in part to our wonderful tour guide Byron!! He could be a History Major! It was very hot being July 4th weekend but the bottom area of the bus was very cool and they offered $1 ice cold waters. Well worth it for us!

Really Helpful

My wife and I used this app today for our hop on-hop off. We found it to be most helpful. Being able to see the numbered stops with routes, bus locations, and our location on the DC map was great. We still did a lot of walking and the app allowed us to skip some stops, still see all we wanted to, and jump over to other stops. Thanks for the help.

Wish I could leave Zero Stars. We bought tickets and ran to a stop only to have the guy on the bus tell us we were too late to catch it so we walked to a different stop and waited an additional 30 mins to catch the bus. We got to stop 19 which their app said a bus would come by on 20 mins and the bus never came. After 45 mins of sitting on a bench waiting we ended up calling a Lyft. I called customer service and asked for a refund and we were told a full refund would be pushed through. Hours later we received an email stating a number of stops would not be on the route for the day including stop number 19 that we had been waiting at 4:56 pm. Might have been better to alert customers in the morning instead of at 5:00pm when customers have been waiting on buses all day that would never come. 4 days later we still had not gotten our refund. Called them multiple times and they said they’d call us back. We had to call them over and over and when we finally spoke to the “manager” Darnel he proceeded to argue with us and refused to issue us a 100% refund and called me the customer a liar and said that we are misinformed by his team since they do not offer refunds. Called back and asked customer service and they gave me a runaround about a refund and said it might take 15 days even after Darnell said one wasn’t happening- they must tell customers refunds are coming to just get them off phone. Asked to speak to owner and was told she has too many responsibilities and doesn’t “handle phone calls”. Total fraud service that calls customers liars, lists bus stops that they don’t pick up and overall provides no service or resolution.

Employee informed me App does not work

Was told by an employee that the app is not up to date. Waited an hour and 45 minutes after being told different excuses as to why there was no bus. Don’t waste your time or money. My observations of the other tour companies were to go with Trolley Tours or Big Bus, they both made stops more than 5 times each while we waited for DC Trails. When we finally got on the bus, many people were aggravated. Not the way we wanted to end our day.

No.

The app did not work at all for us. At some point it showed that 2 buses were heading to the same stop.
