Still Doesn’t Support Wheelchair Users
Two years ago I complained that this app does not allow selection of a wheelchair accessible vehicle. It still doesn’t. Does DC Yellow Cab think it is exempt from the ADA?
Will not accept legitimate address
This new app is an exercise in complete frustration. Entering an address requires guessing at how that address might be entered in a database. Putting in a street address like 1600 defaults to 1, 2, 3, and goes up to 7. No way to get it to accept a real address. And commas after a street number? Spell out Street completely? Spell out quadrants completely? Not AT ALL user friendly. I like the cab service, hate the app.
