My

Complete waste of money!!! Almost impossible to use, keeps on crashing and has a very limited selection of circuits!

Mostly unusable

If you tap on the name of a circuit on the Available Circuits display (the initial display), up pops a dialog box that lets you change the name (the current name is in the text field in the dialog box). If you don't change the name, the circuit is silently deleted. That tells you everything you need to know about how little effort has gone into making this app usable.

Update for iPad 2

Program works ok. Update for HD on ipad2.

AESOME!!!

This is the perfect app for any logic circuit creator. This is awesome!

Needs subcircuits

Without the ability to include circuits within circuits, not very useful.

FAQ

What types of circuits can DCircuit Lab simulate?

DCircuit Lab allows for the simulation of both combinatorial and sequential digital circuits. This includes a wide array of components like logic gates, flip-flops, multiplexers, and custom components defined by truth tables.

How does DCircuit Lab handle dynamic simulations?

When a circuit contains clock inputs, DCircuit Lab performs dynamic simulations. Outputs change in response to the clocks, and users can alter input values during this process to observe circuit behavior on a timing chart.

What components are available in DCircuit Lab?

The app offers a comprehensive set of components including inputs (1, 0, X), outputs, wires, various logic gates (NOT, AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR), multiple types of flip-flops (RS, JK, T, D), multiplexers, demultiplexers, configurable clocks, custom components, and BCD to 7 Segment Decoders.

Does DCircuit Lab offer learning resources?

Yes, DCircuit Lab includes video tutorials directly within the application. These tutorials are designed to help users learn how to effectively use the simulation tools and features.

What is the price of DCircuit Lab?

DCircuit Lab is a paid application, priced at $3.99. This one-time purchase grants access to all its simulation and design features.

On which devices can DCircuit Lab be used?

DCircuit Lab is compatible with both iPhone and iPad devices. It is designed to leverage the capabilities of Apple's mobile and tablet hardware.

How often is DCircuit Lab updated?

The latest version of DCircuit Lab is 3.1, which was last updated on November 7, 2023. This indicates a history of ongoing development and maintenance for the application.

What is the age rating for DCircuit Lab?

DCircuit Lab has an age rating of 17+. This is likely due to the technical nature of digital circuit design and simulation, which may require a certain level of understanding.
