2.22.1 bad update, useless fir checking out
Latest update 2.22.1 logged me out. On logging back in, my card was no longer registered. Staff had to check me out. Staff reported that 2-3 other patrons had same issue today. 😔
Scanning my card, error reports “cannot switch cards try again later.” So the app IS NOW USELESS! Its the same account! And keeps logging me out. How could developers mess up this badly? Revert your code!!

Bugs
The app is great but…anytime you click on a book, the app always loads for a while then your screen goes completely blank. Whenever you want to bookmark a book or manage your bookmarked books, the app always logs you out. And I just wish you guys would add categories so it’d be easier to find a book based off of genre. And I also wish that you guys would add a book viewing history, so you won’t have to struggle to remember which book you clicked in the past.

Online resources never work
I am unable to place holds using the library’s app, nor am I able to borrow e books using Hoopla (it always says that I’ve reached my borrow limit despite the fact that I have never borrowed a book before. This has essentially rendered these services unattainable and therefore useless for me. The app also glitches often. Very frustrating.

Great with a few missing pieces
I love having an app for the library so that I can browse what’s available from my phone and have digital access to my card.
I mostly use the app to manage my holds, and only wish it had push notifications so it could let me know when my books are ready or when I’m getting close to the bottom of a hold list. I’ve missed a few pickups because I don’t see the email notifications, but a push would be more helpful.

Need app to support iPad
I was so excited to hear about this app from the library but I read on my iPad and this app does not support my device. Looks great and would definitely be 5 star if I was using on my iPhone. Hope there will be iPad functionality on a future update!

My card & fob tag are disintegrating, and replacing my phone is easier than memorizing a new 14 digit number.
Link family cards
As a mother of little ones that each enjoy their own library books it would be very helpful to be able to link the family library cards so that I don’t have to go in and out to reserve each kids books and my own. Minors should be linked to a parents account. Thank you

Clear, Helpful, Easy to Navigate
I’m so excited for this library app! It is easy to use and well designed. It makes ordering books from my phone, checking on holds, and keeping tabs of return dates so much easier.
