Mobile app needs a facelift.
The mobile app is a turnoff due to the limited functionality of playing back video compared to other systems where you can specify the time in between that you want to play back. Your only limited to about a minute. I hope to see more support for this software in the near future as well as RTSP audio capability.

Scammed me for $80 charging my paypal twice and no one is responding regarding the refund to their misleading post and charge for same features already available for free…
App crashes on launch after initial config
After initial configuration (which works fine, showing me cameras and video feeds as expected), the app crashes on subsequent launches. The only way I can get the app to launch again is to uninstall it and reinstall it. Since this wipes out all configuration settings, I have to enter everything again to get it setup, only to see it crash on the next launch again.
I’ve tried on two different iPhones (one with iOS 11 and the other with iOS 10) and they both behave the same way.

Does not work. Cannot connect to ip camera.
Wiping out functionality without warning
Thank You DComplex for addressing my Issues with the update. I am a very satisfied customer now and everything is functioning even better than before. IP Camera Recorder is a great product and works with this app extremely well.
Removing my ability to view my cameras on IPViewer 4 on the Mac store without warning is unprofessional at the least and libel at the most.
IPViewer 4 for the Mac has also disappeared off the Mac App Store now you want me to spend another 100.00 outside of the Mac App Store with no way to use up all the coins I have purchased or even a discount for ip recorder to get my functionality that I have already paid for.

How can I zoom in the cams?? Had to install an old version again. Please bring it back.

Great app, great support, always improving
This is a great app and it's extremely easy to use. The best part is that you can view any cameras setup in the Mac app even when your not in the local network. This is incredibly handy. On top of that, you can even review event triggers, so you're not restricted to only a live feed. The support is great, they help with every little question no matter how obvious the answer is in the end, and their response time is solid. I couldn't recommend this app along with the Mac app more. Definitely the best camera software I've found for the Mac world.

Amazing bit of software
I have been struggling with my foscam software for a week now - trying to view my cams on the Mac (it needs ie) and remote access on my phone. I finally gave up and then tried this software and soon enough I was viewing all my cams on my mac and then on my iPhone. The automatic detector set up everything of me on my phone which was a bonus as I'm a bit tech challenged. I don't usually write reviews but this has cleared up my remote viewing headache and am well happy. Nice one.

Great App
This app does not work without the desktop program. If you just want an iPad app this is not for you. I wanted a desktop program that would also run on both an iPad & iPhone. If that is what you are looking for, THIS IS IT. Once set up on your desktop, this app will run great on the iPad & iPhone. The desktop program set up was difficult but the tech support via e-mail was outstanding. It was obvious to me that they are working hard and fast to improve the set up. Once on line you will see a reasonably priced, beautiful and eloquent security camera management program. There is no other MAC program in camera management that comes close. Do not be discouraged during the installation. Their tech support will get you running and you will love the results!

Excellent functionality and outstanding support
After installing and configuring dComplex' Recorder software on my iMac, it was time to download the iPad/iPhone app.
The Recorder software was easy to configure and questions I had were very quickly but comprehensively answered. The same applies to this app. It has great functionality and it allows you to view recorded events plus many more nice little touches.
If you're into IP cameras, Macs and iPhone/iPad, dComplex is the way to go!

Not working
Auto detect not working while other apps work just fine. Manual add up not working either. UI have a lot of room to improve.
