The CarePros will be able to bid on your open shift and then you can choose based on whether they have worked at your facility, how many shifts they have completed, their reliability score, and distance from your facility. Many types of shifts are pre-programmed so creating an XYZ (or 3-2-2), Double Weekend, or a 4-2 is just a single click of the mouse. No more counting out days and figuring out patterns.
