Absolutely terrible
Photographer from E and J Motors here. This app is absolute trash. Through the “training” (I say it in quotation marks because it wasn’t actually a training) they don’t know how to connect your cell phone to the “Ricoh” camera that THEY (DCS) sell to you and say “look at the manual” and the manual is complete garbage and translated from Chinese. Once connected, which I had to figure out, not with their help, they go on to walk you through how to get “360 pics” the “trainer” told me to do a walk around of the exterior first and then the interior second. I followed both those steps. Uploaded it to the queue, and one week later come to find out all but one of our cars were uploaded.
Later, a rep E and J Motors calls them this week and they then go on to say that we need a stationary picture first and THEN the walk around and interior. DCS doesn’t know jack squat about their own camera that they distribute nor their app. Complete waste of time and terrible customer service. I will go on to convince owner of E and J Motors that this vendor doesn’t have E and J Motors best interest in mind and to make a switch to a different platform.
