The app doesn’t even open.
I have tried to open the app one three different devices through the app it’s self and on the search bars and thing is going through just says “Alter some error has occurred. Please try again later” this has been happening for almost a week now!
App is horrible
App is not user friendly at all. Wasn’t before they moved to Sync 2.0, now it’s worse. Nearly impossible to do an actual order on the app. Still have to login to a PC for ops supplies, so it’s kind of a waste of time.
Horrible User Interface
The mobile site is not user friendly at all. Things are hard to navigate and aren’t iPad friendly. A major overhaul is desperately needed. This mobile app doesn’t work at all. Nothing but errors when trying to access orders or any function at all. What’s the point. I really hope they take this seriously and fix it!

Non-functional
You cannot access ops supplies or previous orders. I was hoping since opening the website on a mobile phone doesn’t work well, the app would work, but it essentially just acts a mobile browser. The iPad version works, but the mobile app is useless

Whoever designed this has clearly never actually had to use this to order, make a real app not a webpage opener…
Why even bother
No option to order ops supply and half of what I order doesn’t even save. Better off getting rid of the app.
What’s the point
You can’t check orders, you can’t order ops. Why even bother putting an app out.
Pointless app
This has to be the worst app there is. You can’t order things you need to order never works correctly can’t access ops supplies you might as well just log in from a computer since you can do more
Poor App
Not optimized for phone. You can’t use it in landscape. Looks basically like the web, but with less functionality. You can’t order op supplies or view past orders.

You can’t flip the screen or order operational supplies

This is exactly the same as the webpage except for the notifications. It would have been nice to be able to order ops supplies from the app, considering you can only do it from a tablet or a computer.
Poorly designed
Essentially opens their webpage which is also terrible for mobile use. Can’t zoom out or flip the screen to see the entire line on a phone and don’t have access to order ops supplies. Might as well use the computer because you’re going to have to anyways
