We have no issues with the N1Dual cameras We have used it on long and short trips
But we find the screw does come loose at times. We use it on both our phones but we found that 1 can log in at a time which is great for who uses the car

No longer connect to the dashcam
I strictly follow the instructions, tried numerous times to rest but still I can’t connect to the dashcam.
No help
It’s stopped recording and no reply from customer service. I m thinking to return it. Don’t buy it
Disappointing Experience on iPad Pro *But GREAT DASHcam*- Urgent Update Needed!
I am using the DDPAI app on my latest iPad Pro M5, and the experience is very frustrating. The app is completely unstable; it constantly crashes immediately after opening or while trying to sign in. Even though I am 100% sure of my credentials, the app keeps showing "Incorrect email or password" or just force-closes.
Furthermore, the video player is outdated and lacks basic fluidity. Navigating through footage is a nightmare. We urgently need a complete overhaul of the UI/UX. The player should support seamless seeking (fast forward/rewind) and a much smoother transition between video clips. Please optimize the app for high-end iPad hardware. It’s a shame to have such great dashcam hardware with such poor software.

During a short few minutes drive, in local street, was hit from side, the impact caused camera to somehow failed to saved video.

Не дает зайти в приложение, либо очень долго дает войти, виснет на рекламе и все. А самый главный минус в том что были ситуации когда не сохранялись записи если не зайти в приложение
Great dashcams, terrible app
I have an N5 Dual 4K, and it made my dashcam worthless thanks to the constant bugs in the app, like the SR function not working as intended, the app crashes with no reason, and every time I try to enable certain option, the app will undo everything I enabled without knowing. This app is DIRE NEEDS to be fixed, otherwise I’m switching to other dashcams from different brand because of this half-baked app
