手機沒有連Wi-Fi就顯示設備不在線 以前沒有連Wi-Fi都還看得到寵物有沒有吃飯 現在手機一但關掉Wi-Fi這個app也死了 這樣出遠門根本沒辦法監視到毛孩有沒有吃飯啊

갑자기 캠이 안보이는데요?
이년정도를 잘썼는데 요새 계속 캠 연결이 안되서 밖에 있다가 허둥지둥 집에가기 바쁘네요 인터넷이 이상한줄 알았는데 그건 아니더라구요

영상 자동급식기 사용중인데 안드로이드에서는 연결 되는데 아이폰에서는 연결 안되고 자동급식 시간 설정도 안됩니다. 다크모드에서는 보이지 않는 텍스트들도 많고요.

App doesn’t work
The app does not work and won’t allow me to sync with the device. Therefore I can’t even use the device. Is there a way to manually sync? I need help!
Pet feeder cam needs software updates but works
I need the ddpet feeder to start recording when an animal walks by and alert me.
Also would like it to format and use the SD card. Perhaps starting the recommended size and capacity limit of the SD card for starters.
I have yet to figure out how to program the feed times, the “hours” makes no sense, are there durations or times?
But the construction is solid and connectivity seems reliable once setup.

During quick set up, The app gets stuck after the step to scan the QR code in the pet feeder.
When the manual setup is tried, the QR code reader in the app does not read the QR code to identify the feeder.
There is no manual for the app. Please help.
