October 2025 upgrade
The latest upgrade isn’t retaining the pin details and goes into error when loading result details. I have to turn off my iPhone to force a log out then log back in again :—(

Used to work
It used to work, but now only occasionally allows me to log in and it’s convinced I don’t know my own birthday

Stopped working
Was ok to start with, but now I can’t even log in. Always says there’s no internet connection. Useless.
It’s ok I suppose
Whenever I ring to make an appointment I’m always put on hold, often for quite some time. This app saves putting up with that irritation which for me that alone is worth the four stars. As for it’s other offerings… not so much.
