What's New in de Byl Tech TPMS

1.4.0

August 9, 2026

NEW: The app now reconnects by itself. Previously, turning the ignition off at a stop dropped the Bluetooth link and the app never got it back — Live Monitoring reported "connection lost" while the sensor battery levels still looked fine, and the only fix was to force-quit and reopen the app. That is gone. - Live Monitoring stays on screen when the link drops. The gauges grey out, a slim "Reconnecting…" banner appears, and live values resume by themselves once the ignition is back on - Reconnect attempts start almost immediately and then ease off, so a quick fuel stop recovers in a second or two without draining your battery when the bike is parked for the night - If the controller restarted while you were away, the app notices and re-reads your settings automatically - Sensor battery levels and settings now show "—" while the connection is down, instead of continuing to display the last value as though it were current - A single failed reading no longer reports both sensors as 0% or shows "setup required" on a properly configured bike Also in this update, for anyone coming from 1.3.0: - Customizable pressure alerts — tap the settings button in Live Monitoring to set your own low and high pressure limit for each tire, with sound and vibration the moment a tire crosses it - Fixed: tire temperature now displays correctly (for example 23.6°C instead of 2360°C) - Calibration is shown as an easy-to-read percentage everywhere, with a clearer "Match my gauge" flow - Sensors no longer briefly drop from Live Monitoring after a calibration change - Live gauge values are centered and never crowd the ring - Pressure entry fields accept both "," and "." as the decimal separator (European keypads) Note: the alert sound follows your ring/silent switch; vibration always fires. Live Monitoring requires controller firmware 1.10.0 or newer. Automatic reconnect works with any firmware; the added liveness check requires firmware 1.11.0 or newer, which your controller will offer as an update.
