Cold pizzas
Ordered our pizzas to be delivered and was told they could take up to 1 hour they finally arrived 2 hours later and were Luke warm, if we hadn’t paid up front I’d have refused them. Will not bd using again !!!
Took ££ without accepting order
This is not a reflection of the food but of the app purchasing. My order was not accepted due to high demand but money was taken and a refund being processed!! Not happy that it’s has taken the money without the order being accepted. With no indications how long it will take a refund to be processed and returned to my account. This is my go to restaurant near me and this was very off putting as now I will hesitate to order of money will come from my account without an accepted order. Not very good customer service.
