What annoying. Do you also get an error message? It often helps to update or reinstall the App in the App Store with DigiD after you have deleted the cookies and browser history (you do need a DigiD to reinstall the App). When the App does still not work properly, please contact us. We are happy to help you. In the attached link you will find our contact details www.defriesland.nl/contact. In the meantime, you can easily log in with your phone and DigiD via www.defriesland.nl on Mijn De Friesland. You will also find all your insurance details in Mijn De Friesland.
