Worst company, bad customer services, they’re very unprofessional 👎 patronize at your own risk.
Scam company
Firstly… Not all meter doesn’t read the amount of unit purchased on the application
Secondly… You can’t use even 8 thousand naira unit for more than four days… it’s drains ridiculous fast and doesn’t last
Thirdly…. the customer care are so unprofessional and stick to their script rather than have a conversation with the customer to help solve the problem.
Fourthly… the application itself doesn’t go on updates which shows they’re not focused on improving the service being employed
Lastly… Don’t expect light within 24hours of recharge and you can’t read the unit on the application either . ❌worst application and company

Fast draining of light and it takes time for payment to reflect
This is so frustrating, having to repost or recharge twice before getting to have light after payment.
