Always an issue
Several times I’ve been kicked off the app and its inconvenient. Can be late at night or when you are in a rush and suddenly you can’t access your own home. Constantly having to reregsiter is frustrating. This time it won’t even allow me to reregister but freezes at the date of birth input. I also can’t login as every time you do it just brings you right back to log in again. I can’t seem to get passed either stage and it is frustrating when your phone is the only access. Now I’m stuck in my apartment and needing to cancel appointments because I’m afraid to leave.

I am locked out of my apartment because this app is so buggy.
Dekey pls just give out real keys
dekey thinks that having phone keys somehow is better , but in reality it causes more work for them and is terrible for residents, the app is glitchy and it’s worrying it’s the only way I can get into my room, especially when dekey have no resident caretakers that know about the keys and you must phone a number (than then tries to charge you for their broken locks…). A terrible downside to an otherwise great accomodation.

ridiculously bad
it is ridiculous that this app is the only way i can access my room. It has had many issues in my time using it, continuously locking me out of my room for hours and causing me to miss my classes. This is a pathetic ‘alternative to keys’ that has become the worst part of my time here.
horrific app
Extremely buggy app and does not work half the time. It’s sad that the rental company can get away with it. You cannot opt out of using the app as your key.
