Dead cells is undoubtedly one of the greatest games of our time, made by one of the greatest dev teams of all time, rivaling that of gearbox, bungie, and even mojang. Dead cells’ combat system is one of the simplest, easiest to pick up, but so incredibly well developed. The lore is incredibly deep and emotional, though incredibly humorous as well, and the tie-in with castlevania in the Return to Castlevania DLC is incredibly well thought out and well made. All of the other DLCs are incredible as well. The game is all around fun, and diverse, and ultimately the Beheaded One is one of the greatest video game characters of all time. The game can be frustrating at times, but just keep trying, or maybe look at your build and find the weak point. There’s always a weak point in your build. Love it.

Beautiful game
Watched my brother play and decided that I need to get this game. Absolutely peak!!!! Touch screen controls are really hard to use at first but when you get used to it, it just allows you to.zoom through levels. Love how they have all the DLCs. Don’t worry about dying because it only gets better. Tons of skins, opens, enemies, etc… definitely recommend getting this game.

It's fun hard and you can learn from your other deaths and it's hard with a good story of what I have seen and played.

The map changes every death and honestly I like that. The crossovers are hilarious but useful. The style is beautiful and the weapons feels so different and fun. I would say more but I better get back playing. 👍

One Of The Best
Roguelike games are some of my favorites. You’ve got Enter The Gungeon, Risk of Rain 2, Balatro, Hades, Binding of Isaac, but Dead Cells was one of the first I ever played, and it’s probably my favorite, and one of the best in its genre. This game was ported incredibly well to mobile, and is extremely fun to play. You can play for hours. You can continue runs. There’s tons of unique weapons, upgrades, outfits, biomes, maps, and enemies to find and beat. I also find it fun because it’s challenging. It punishes poor timing, mistakes, all that stuff. Any mistake can end your run. And I think the mobile version perfectly captures how it feels to play these kinds of games on PC and/or console. The game also has wonderful cross-overs that I am always very happy to find during a run. Lastly, the game has humorous dialogue, poses, and more that I think make it much more enjoyable. You can play this game for hours, or for a short while if you’re bored. Dying doesn’t feel bad because you can respawn and upgrade and return stronger. I’ve played probably over 100 hours of this game by now and it has never lost its charm. I would recommend it to people who enjoys roguelikes, punishing combat, and fun, but strategic, gameplay.

I loved this game😭
I had just reached one bc and I thought, I should get this on my other phone, it loaded up some old progress and I deleted it, then my main phone reverted back 30 hours to the old progress! Fix this now or I won’t waste my time any longer.
Edit: in the end I got back to 2 BC and did it using a brutality build so quite proud, would say 2 bc is so much harder than 1 bc. I think the fact you can reset for bosses by refreshing defeats the point of the game though. For context, u would give 5 stars but the bug mentioned previously makes it a four. Also why did you stop updating it! I know why but it feels unfair that you had to abandon this game in pursuit of another game. I hope you add one more final dlc that ties all the loose ends and makes the game feel more finished. Thank for this game. Ps. If you are a beginner, I recommend trying to get good at shields. It is harder the later you start so start now! They are not necessary but they are very valuable if used correctly, especially in higher BCs.

So good
This has to be one of my favorite mobile games recently. The gameplay is engaging and feels challenging without being overly difficult 10/10 I would recommend this game to everyone. My only complaint is that, playing on a smaller phone it is easy to accidentally use the wrong weapon or more commonly for me go into the pause menu when trying to heal. Other than that minor issue this game is perfect.
