Dead Reckoning: The Crescent Case by LynxMinx
The graphics were colorful and bright. The story was easy to follow, and you have an evidence board instead of a diary or journal. You have 3 difficulty levels from which to choose. Loading is almost instantaneous between locations and there is a marked, if so customized, teleport map to transport you. At each location you have a scale of justice to collect. Too bad each time you need to access the map and evidence board you need to exit the game and go into the menu! That's one star off right there. It makes the gameplay extremely tedious! Inventory was labeled and there were plus items to assemble. You also get to use a forensics kit to examine evidence and you also question suspects. There was some variation in the HO scenes. I wasn't crazy about a lot of the mini-games, but there were some that I found original and fun.
I removed the second star because I had a lot of trouble manipulating inventory items. I found this game sensitive and glitchy.
EIPIX, I would rather have fewer games of higher quality than for you to crank glitchy games out one after another!
This is not one of my favorite series, but if you put the map tab and evidence board in the game, it would make the gameplay a lot smoother, and I would consider a sequel.
In case you're all wondering, I wasn't afraid of the mouse. It was tiny and I don't even think Dracyy realized that it was in the game, lol! Lynxie sends ๐โค๏ธ๐ to the fabulous Dream Team Elite!
A cool tale of intrigue!
Great Fun Love Murder Mysteries
Suggestions: please make it possible to customized the refresh rates for the Hint and Skip buttons. Place the map outside of the Menu.
Can't wait for another game in this series!
UGH!
After repeated tries and extensive troubleshooting I cannot place the two bear paws where they belong thus rendering the game useless.
No updates or fixes!
I "Reckon" It's Time For Popcorn And Peanuts!
Waste of money
Another Great Game!

Crazy Circus Mystery To Solve!
The good:
Love the story, where it keeps you guessing as you investigate the circus performers. Transportable map that shows where actions are needed (although having to navigate through the menu to access the map is a little tiresome). Mixed feelings on the graphics (see below).
The bad:
Collectible scales of justice are sometimes hidden in the dark corners of the screen, so personally I wish that the graphics were a bit brighter and crisper all around. If you can't find the scales, try tapping in the darkest spot you can find on the screen! No custom mode of play. No morphing objects.
The ugly:
Nothing here - gameplay has been smooth, no glitches on my end.
Upcoming games:
Big Fish:
- Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst Unlocked
- Mystery Trackers: Paxton Creek Avengers
- Sea of Lies: Tide of Treachery
- Secrets of the Dark: Mystery of the Ancestral Estate (this is an oldie from 2013 by Orneon - they also did the Secrets of the Past series. Decent game but lacking the bells and whistles of the modern collectors edition - no map, no collectibles, no morphing objects. But like the previous games in the series, you have the cool mechanism of turning the light on and off to view different aspects of the same scene)
Artifex Mundi:
- Grim Legends 3: the Dark City
Absolutist:
- Contract with the Devil
- Mystery Expedition: Prisoners of Ice
