They won’t cancel your subscription

Horrible Company. I canceled this subscription and they took my money anyway, no way to contact them so if you are on a fixed income DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Don’t do it

I have tried multiple times to cancel this and they keep charging me not once but twice every time I don’t know how they’ve come up with me having two subscriptions, but I want all of it to be refunded I don’t want the app and they keep charging me as if I have it twice. I’ve lost a lot of money because of these people don’t download it don’t do the free trial. It’s a trap.

Wonderful App!

I’m really excited to finally understand what people are saying to me. This is a wonderfully responsive app. It almost instantly provides a transcription of speech, with a very quick AI followup with corrections to the transcription. And the AI seems to be learning things from my speech patterns and cultural references.

I highly recommend this app for others who are frustrated with hearing challenges.

Wasn’t all that clear

This would have been great, it it didn’t pick up words people were saying. Made up its own words. Rather annoying.

Not very good

Doesn’t work very well. Gets a lot of words wrong even when clearly spoken.

Charged after I cancelled subscription.

Downloaded app on my phone phone (10am 30th October)to see if it would be good for my elderly father (it is, it's very good). And cancelled the subscription within seconds of signing up.
The next day 31st October the £50 was withdrawn from my bank account.

This is totally unacceptable. And I believe illegal.

That being Said, we've installed the app on my father phone and firmly believe it's well worth the money and an excellent app.

Terrible!!!!

This app doesn’t work good at all!!! I’ve tried several and Deaf Transcribe is by far the worst. Like it wasn’t even close to being accurate.
