Transcription needs more work
Service is spotty at best and transcription has a lot to be desired. I am in noisy places much of the time and find that the transcription has been incorrect and causing embarrassing situations. I took a leap of faith because I thought it would be more focused on what deaf individuals are faced with in the real world. I am sadly mistaken. I am hard of hearing with hearing aids my hearing loss is considered profound.

No way to cancel
I signed up for the trial and found you cannot cancel on the app. Emailed their support and crickets.

Very helpful that this app has many languages
Moderately accurate
The app is very helpful understanding speech if the speaker is close. However, at a distance of 5+ feet, there are many mistakes. The app does go back and make corrections at times but not always. It doesn’t help much if background noise is present. It has extreme difficulty transcribing children’s voices. I have used it in church; it would be helpful if religious vocabulary and books of the Bible were added. Many words in this category come out gibberish. Overall I am glad I bought the app. It will be helpful in some situations. I think that the accuracy will get better with time.

They won’t cancel your subscription
Horrible Company. I canceled this subscription and they took my money anyway, no way to contact them so if you are on a fixed income DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Don’t do it
I have tried multiple times to cancel this and they keep charging me not once but twice every time I don’t know how they’ve come up with me having two subscriptions, but I want all of it to be refunded I don’t want the app and they keep charging me as if I have it twice. I’ve lost a lot of money because of these people don’t download it don’t do the free trial. It’s a trap.

Wonderful App!
I’m really excited to finally understand what people are saying to me. This is a wonderfully responsive app. It almost instantly provides a transcription of speech, with a very quick AI followup with corrections to the transcription. And the AI seems to be learning things from my speech patterns and cultural references.
I highly recommend this app for others who are frustrated with hearing challenges.

Wasn’t all that clear
This would have been great, it it didn’t pick up words people were saying. Made up its own words. Rather annoying.
