I am new to the game and I have found this app to be a great resource for beginners. Everyone is trying to get you to buy some fancy softwares with Ai and research data. I am sure they are all great but when you are just starting is hard to shell out $100 a month for each fancy tool.
This app has helped me do quick analysis if properties in an easy way for no upfront cost. Cannot beat that.
