Hidden charges
Not recommended. There are hidden charges that are not clearly disclosed, and the account manager did not inform me about them in advance. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication.

The app is a game changer. Carla connected me to this app which is super helpful in our dealer inventory.

Brandon is the best hands down.
Big shootout to Brandon and Ingrid. Both of those individuals took the time to make sure that I got this system correct up and running and have my website my CRM and all my lead sources correct and now we are selling more cars than I have ever imagined before and it really is the tools that they’ve given us. I can swear by the system and I am a complete loyal friend now and a loyal customer. If anyone has any doubts about the system, I’m telling you firsthand that this system is probably the best I’ve ever used.

Fantastic Software and Support
Salim B is my CRM representative. I had a training session with him today and he was Fabulous. He was able to explain many of the functions of the CRM that I had questions about step by step. It was a hands on experience in the CRM. He also went through my CRM and made sure everything was activated to ensure I was getting the most out of the system.

I’ve used a few different dealership management programs before, but DealerCenter is honestly better than the others. It’s much easier to use, more organized, and everything is in one place.
