Can’t reach them to get error resolved
Can’t reach them to get error resolved . Sent various email and haven’t anything even sent screenshot of error code multiple times . I CANNOT NOT EVEN GET INTO THE APP
It only works if you can sign in
I have been at this dealer for 10 years and I like Dealer Rater out of most review places like google however I was using facial recognition to sign in , then it stopped, then I had to change my password several times and still can’t get in , what is going on with Dealer Rater !!!!! Fix it!!!!
What Happened to text?!?!
App works awesome to capture reviews, but you can no longer text the customer the link to leave a review and only allows email. Most customers prefer text so makes it harder for some customers to get the link since they don't use their email as much. Other than that, great app.
