Not working properly, item said ready to collect and before that doctor approved. Go to pharmacy both pharmacy and doctors explain they’ve not had another prescription request from me this month at all! Can’t delete that order either since I’ve not been able to collect since order isn’t there.
Not compatible with Apple iPad keyboard
Screen does not rotate to accommodate the keypad so it is awkward to use. Otherwise app is straightforward except I cannot yet see how to remove an item that I accidentally added to the repeat prescription list.
Not quick, not convenient.
It takes almost 2 weeks for a prescription to ready to collect. I went to collect it after running out due to how long it took them to get it ready and they told me it wasn’t ready. I had to wait 15/20 minutes while they got it ready.
What is the point of offering prescription ordering on the app when it only takes 2 days if you do it person?

Ordering Prescriptions
I’m always being contacted to order prescriptions even though I’ve done it 56 days before. Then throughout the time and then still have to do it just before it’s due!! Why?

Can’t fault them, even when I’ve had an issue, Dears are on it quickly with a resolution. Absolutely sterling service and wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
