In the DebbieCarbs app, food items are easily located, the desired quantities are adjusted in a flash, and carbohydrates are automatically summed up – the ideal solution for living with diabetes. For individually countable food items like ice cream scoops, chicken nuggets, pretzels, and many more, they can be quickly found in standard sizes. Liquid or uncountable foods can be adjusted by weight using a slider. The total carbohydrate amount is automatically updated, and the food items added to the meal are listed in a shopping cart. In addition to the pre-stored and constantly updated food database, you can also create your own entries. These can be imported and exported, and existing food items can be tailored to your specific needs. Manual calculation is another valuable method for determining carbohydrates. Simply enter the nutritional values of a food item along with its weight, and the total carbohydrate amount will be calculated immediately.
