Outlet Bargains
I have been delighted with the bargain purchases I have made from the outlet. From gorgeous bedding and clothing for the whole family. I have purchased Christmas goods at great prices too.
Delivery issues
I was so disappointed with my orders, I ordered multiple items and only received one which was delivered by Royal Mail
I contacted the post office when my other 8-10 items where not delivered to be told that the delivery address was incomplete
I then contacted the customer services to be told they would be redelivered, needless to say I have not received any of the items.
I made it clear that the delivery address on my account was correct, and that seeing there are only 3 houses on my street even if it was delivered to the incorrect house my neighbours would have passed them on to me, but they were never delivered!!
I then received refunds, which is great they at least reimbursed me, but I still wanted the items I had ordered, and was then told I would have to reorder from a different email address, why a different emails adddress? It was the delivery address that was apparently wrong and at the distribution centre as my account clearly states the correct delivery address and I had already received one parcel
Email after email I was then given a free delivery £5.00 wow, but I then went to reorder the items, needless to say they are all out of stock, with exception of 2 items
I have put another order in, really just to see if these sale items are real, don’t get me wrong I have ordered before and never had an issue, but suddenly you can get some really good bargains, the money is debited from your bank, the goods never appear and then you get a £5 free delivery
I apologise for the long rant, but all I really wanted was an apology, and my order that I originally ordered delivered
It’s like what they say “if it’s too good to be true it probably isn’t”
I will write another review if and ever I get my reorder
