Poor support.

I paid for the program and it was working fine and I loved it. Then something changed and it wouldn’t work, it wanted me to buy it again but when I tried to buy it again it says I already purchased it. I have tried and tried to have them fix it but they won’t. It is supposed to be a lifetime purchase.
