Deca Productivity

Deca Productivity is the work app for staffing companies whose crews clean and prepare cars at rental-car sites. Workers use it during their shift; leads use it to follow their crew. FOR WORKERS • Sign in with your company badge number. There is no password to remember. • Scan car barcodes with the camera (the full VIN or the last 8), or type the last 8 when a barcode will not read. • See right away whether each car counted. • See your numbers for today and this week compared with your goal. • Answer quick site questions after a scan, such as whether the car needs gas. • Start and end your lunch or break. • Works without signal: scans are saved on the phone and uploaded when you are back online. FOR LEADS • See your crew during the shift: who is scanning, who is on lunch, and who is below goal. FOR MANAGERS • Sites, people, goals and reports are managed on the Deca Productivity website. LANGUAGES English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. An account from your employer is required. Your company adds you and gives you your badge number; the app cannot be used without one.
