It’s unethical. The sound of the recording doesn’t come out and they force you on Facebook for support.
You should boycott this product until they make themselves accessible and accountable where you can write directly to them. If they don’t post this or write to me personally, that would REALLY speak volumes and perhaps, I’d report them to the Better Business Bureau.
