Welcome to Deck of Cardio. Are you ready for the ultimate deck of cards workout?
1. Fire up Deck of Cardio and select an exercise for each card suit
2. Shuffle the deck and perform the assigned exercise and number of reps
3. Feel the burrrrnnnnnn!

• Select from more than 10 built in exercises, or add your own
• Workout timer
• Select the number of reps for picture cards, Aces and Jokers
• Toggle to announce the exercise aloud
• Enable or disable Jokers
• Simple to use – just tap to draw a card
